Discounted Sandcastle Tickets – Do you plan to go to Sandcastle this summer? If so, you can get discounted tickets AND benefit the SJG Youth Group all at the same time! To order your tickets go to www.sandcastlewaterpark.com and click on the “Tickets, Lockers and Gifts” link on the left hand side. When you see the box marked “Coupon Code” enter this code: STJOHNOGWWP. Each ticket will cost only $16.95 (regular price is $24.95 – you save 8 bucks)! Plus, for each ticket sold, the Youth Group will receive $3!




Mini-Golf Summer Tour* – The 5th annual MGST takes place on the following Tuesday evenings: July 10, July 24, and August 7. Who will be the 2007 Champion? It could be you! Golfers should meet at the Youth Center at 6:30 PM and bring money and a completed permission form. For some mini-golf history, check out results from last summer and photos from our past tours: 2004, 2005, 2006.




Cedar Point Bus Trip* – All teens are invited to go to this amusement park on Thursday, July 19. Cedar Point has 69 rides including 17 roller coasters (check them out at www.cedarpoint.com)! Cost is $28 for a youth ticket and $31 for an adult ticket. Sign-up deadline is Wednesday, 7/11, but space is limited so don’t delay!




Eat at Joe's - The Youth Group is having a fundraiser at Joe’s Crab Shack in Robinson (near the mall) on Wednesday, August 1 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM! If you eat there that evening and present the special coupon, the Youth Group will receive 10% of your bill! You can get the coupon in either the July 22nd or 29th church bulletin and you can check out Joe's menu at www.joescrabshack.com!




Sandcastle Water Park* – Teens in grades 9-12 are invited to spend a day of fun in the sun on Monday August 13. Sandcastle has 14 waterslides, a wave pool, go-karts, and much more! Visit www.sandcastlewaterpark.com to take a look. Tickets are only $16.95 each, and the deadline to sign-up is Monday 8/6, so sign-up today!




Parish Festival – This parish tradition takes place on August 15-18. This year the Youth Group will be providing costumed characters! Mark your calendar!
